Online payment by Caisse d'Epargne : This online payment is fully secure and provided by our bank partner Caisse d'Epargne, through its secure server SPPlus. When paying by card, you are automatically redirected to this payment interface. The transaction between you and the Caisse d'Epargne is entirely encrypted and secure (SSL) and no credit card number is stored in our website.
Your purchase amount is over 150 euros: you can also choose to pay 3 times free of charge whether you pay by credit card. In this case, your order will be validated and charged with the first deadline on the day of registration of your order.

Processing time: Any order is generally treated within 24 hours after receipt and proof of payment. We are committed however to process your order within a maximum of 72 hours. Delivery in France with Colissimo 48H: The products are delivered to the address given by the consumer on the purchase order and only in metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco. For shipments to France, we use the Colissimo service of the Post Office, which provides an average delay of delivery of 48H. As soon as we proceed to a shipment, we inform you by email of its departure and scheduled delivery date. Delivery in European Union, Switzerland and Norway with Colissimo International: For shipments to the 27 countries of European Union, Switzerland and Norway, your package will be delivered by Colissimo International. As soon as we proceed to a shipment, you will be informed by email of its departure and scheduled delivery date. Please note that furniture are not available for purchase in European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Delivery Carrier: For orders whose unit weight exceeds 30 kgs, we use a carrier to make delivery. We will notify you by mail as soon as possible on the provider to deliver products, as well as on the date of delivery. Given the size and weight of objects, orders with delivery carrier require processing and shipping time longer. But you can be sure we will do our best to reduce that processing time. |
